How long does it take my order to ship?
Unless otherwise noted, RoofTop ships all items within 24-48 hours of receiving an order. Customer will receive notification of delay or cancellation of any order by email.
Orders outside of the 48 continental United States are shipped via USPS.

How do you handle returns & refunds?
If you have any problems, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text us at (815) 295-6496. Please include your name, description of problem, Order #, and/or PO # or Packing Slip #. RoofTop will NOT accept items worn, laundered, or damaged by the customer in any way.
All complaints must be received within 7 days of order receipt to receive full refund (less shipping and handling). If it is at the fault of RoofTop Wear, Inc., all RETURN SHIPPING costs will be handled by RoofTop Wear, Inc. All refunds will be issued in same form as initial purchase payment.
Can I use any of your designs, writings, or postings for my own personal use?

With what we do (meaning sell merchandise), we DO NOT solicit donations from our customers or visitors. But we will, of course, accept any gift of love Holy Spirit may place on your heart to give.
